Complete Turf Restoration Solutions

We identify the right approach for your lawn's specific needs and execute it with precision.

Core Aeration

We mechanically remove plugs of soil to break up compaction, improve water penetration, and allow air and nutrients to reach the root zone. Essential for most lawns annually.

Overseeding

Broadcast or slit-seeding with premium, regionally appropriate seed varieties to thicken thin turf, fill bare spots, and introduce improved grass cultivars.

Sod Installation

Instant results with professional sod installation. We prep the soil, lay fresh sod with precision, and provide a startup care program for guaranteed establishment.

Thatch Removal (Dethatching)

Remove the suffocating layer of dead grass material that prevents water, fertilizer, and air from reaching your soil — critical before overseeding.

Soil Amendment

We test and amend your soil pH and composition with lime, sulfur, compost, or topdressing to create the ideal growing environment for your specific grass type.

Full Lawn Renovation

For severely damaged lawns, we offer complete tearout and replant — stripping old turf, grading the soil, and starting fresh with the right grass for your conditions.

The Renovation Process

1

Lawn Assessment

We evaluate your turf conditions, soil quality, drainage, and sun exposure to create the right renovation plan.

2

Soil Preparation

Proper preparation — including dethatching, aeration, and soil amendments — is the key to renovation success.

3

Seeding or Sodding

We apply premium seed or sod with professional-grade equipment for even coverage and maximum germination rates.

4

Establishment Care

We provide a custom post-renovation care guide and starter fertilizer program to ensure successful establishment.

When is the Best Time to Renovate?

Cool-Season Grasses

Fescue, bluegrass, and ryegrass renovations are best done in late summer to early fall (Aug–Oct).

Warm-Season Grasses

Bermuda, zoysia, and St. Augustine are best renovated in late spring to early summer (May–July).

Sod — Anytime

Sod can be installed virtually any time of year as long as the ground isn't frozen.

Annual Aeration

We recommend annual core aeration for all lawns — it dramatically improves every lawn's health and fertilizer response.
